Willmore
Wilderness Park is directly north of Banff and Jasper
National Parks. The rocky mountain trails will take you through
high
alpine passes
with breathtaking views. Tour
remote lakes and streams where you can try your hand at trout
fishing, or simply relax while camping. Listen to the quiet
of the wilderness. The wildlife
and wildflowers are spectacular.
Enjoy a stroll to see old Indian cabins and grave sites. Stop
to smell the abundant wildflowers, enjoy wildlife watching
and bring your camera to capture those special moments during
your family adventure vacation! Look forward to a freshly
baked apple pie from the wood stove after a delicious "cowboy'
meal. In the evening your family and friends will laugh at

Information:
The trail rides start at Sulphur Gates Staging Area,
just north of Grande
Cache,
Alberta. You don't have to have horseback riding experience
as our horses are very gentle and sure-footed. We breed
our horses for their gentleness. Before the adventure
trip begins, we will match you with a horse and run through
the "Do's and Don'ts". We will be happy to answer
any questions you may have.
